Ordered flowers for a dear friend from their designers choice option sight unseen. I was astonished at how beautiful the arrangement that was delivered on time and truly lovely. I can depend on the floral designers at Rangers to deliver great arrangements. My friend was so very appreciative of their wonderful work.

Gardenia Avenue Florals did a wonderful job delivering a beautiful floral arrangement to one of our colleagues who is recovering from surgery. The floral arrangement I ordered on line had a very cool vase in the picture. I later received a call that they were out of that vase. I said I just wanted something nicer than just a basic clear vase. She then sent me pictures of a cpl options & said about 1 of them that it definitely is Not a Boring vase! Lol! That's the one I chose! It was slightly bigger than the original I had ordered and she said they will fill it with more so it will still look beautiful, and it was! My sister said they were some of the prettiest flowers shes ever received and also mentioned how Cool the vase was! I received SUPER GREAT Service from "Garden Ave Floral" in Royal Oak! & I Highly Highly recommend them for going above & beyond with my order!! She said to me she just wants everyone happy! They succeeded!

I had a good experience with Garden Ave Florals. My flower vase broke. So, I went to look for a fitting flower vase. I got a more beautiful and colorful vase for Free. The owner ended up asking me to take the vase for free. She was so receptive and wonderful. Thank you Garden Ave Florals.

I recently ordered flowers for my dad's wife while she was in the hospital, and this florist went above and beyond during a very complicated situation. She was moved from a cardiac unit to ICU (where flowers aren't allowed), then later transferred again, and the shop handled every change with patience and genuine kindness. The florist, Lorena, communicated with me by email, text, and phone, and even told me I could cancel the order at any point - but their professionalism made me want to stay with them. The various locations involved 2 semi private rooms in the cardiac unit and even her home address. The flowers were not prepared until the actual day of the delivery; fresh. The final bouquet and plant delivered were different from what I originally selected online, but they were still beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged. My dad's wife especially loved the canna lily, even though it came in a pot a bit smaller than ideal. She's already planning to repot it as she continues to recover. What truly stood out was their flexibility and willingness to work with all the last-minute delivery changes during a stressful time. Their location right down the street (0.4 miles) from the hospital is incredibly convenient, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Even with the substitutions, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I appreciate how much care they put into making sure the flowers reached her at the right location at the right time.

100% recommend! Recipient said arrangement was “gorgeous,” and shared this photo. I was delighted that arrangement looked just as vibrant and full as the generic photo of it shown at florist’s website. (And this was the “standard” size bouquet…still very full and colorful!).
